Something I have learned over the years is that I seem to be the therapist that people go to when they've tried other therapists and it hasn't worked, and the therapist that family doctors and other therapists send their clients to when nothing else seems to help.  My style is supportive and gentle, although sometimes I can be challenging.  Many people find this helpful, especially if they feel stuck.  I am always open to hear what people find helpful and what they don't; while I do have expertise, you will always be the expert on your own life.

Sessions tend to be 60-90 minutes.  Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged.  I book Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4:30 PM.  Presently I work virtually two days a week, in-office three days.

*The nature of confidentiality, and its limits, is discussed in the first session.
